Hummm well even though i write like its a first hand thing, i kinda do listen several times to any album i review, just to make sure i form a fixed opinion on it, its just my way of writing that makes it sound like i just put it in ^_^

As a side note i do understand you enjoyed it and you think its a good effort, but well i kinda see it as, the world of music if filled with good intentions, but you kinda have to really do something good for me to appreciate it, good enough for you is not good enough for me, hell this is just my opinion, doesn't mean i'm right...

You are comparing it a bit harshly... I mean I thought it was a valiant effort for a sophomore album. It stands out among the herds of Melodic Death Metal bands. The melodies are defiantly catchy. Plus the quality is rather good coming off of an indie label since all the instruments can be heard clearly and the vocals aren't breaking. It doesn't die halfway through! It's a rather solid album that, for once, stays strong throughout the whole production. That's rare! The singing is also superb, seeing as he can actually SING instead of this off key shit we normally get. I think you need to spend some more time with this album before writing such an off hand review.
